Base Materials & Quality

HairNotion Factory-Direct Specification
“Natural Look, Comfort, Durability, Undetectable Hairline”
-
Base Materials (user-selectable)
a. Swiss Lace Ultra-thin (0.08 mm) – French/Swiss hybrid, 48 denier, 20 holes/cm², translucent tone #1–#4, melts under 0.5 mm skin edge for zero-visible demarcation.
b. Thin Skin PU – medical-grade 0.03 mm polyurethane, Shore-A 85 softness, vapor-permeable micro-pores 80 µm, stretch 280 %, hypo-allergenic certificate (SGS).
c. Combo – Swiss lace front 40 mm + stretch mesh crown + thin skin perimeter: airflow 110 cm³/cm²/s, weight reduction 22 % vs. full PU. -
Hair Grade
100 % single-donor Remy human hair, 28+ years ponytail, cuticle intact, same-direction, <5 % short fiber.
Available lengths: 6–24″, density 90 %–150 %.
Color: natural #1B–#6, root-melt, balayage, gray %, custom spectrophotometer ΔE ≤ 1.5. -
Knotting Technology (patented “Invisible Flat” sequence)
- Single split knots on Swiss lace hairline 0.5 mm from edge, 12 o’clock injection angle 35°, knot size 0.3 mm, 1–2 hairs/knot.
- Reverse 3D hook on parting zone: hair emerges 0.2 mm below lace plane → lies flat, no return shine.
- Bleached knots only on #1–#4 colors; for jet-black we use “silk-hidden” method—knot tucked inside 2-layer lace, no bleach, still invisible.
-
PU perimeter: V-loop, 0.8 mm loop height, 60 loops/inch, zero knot bulk, allows tape adhesion without peeling.
-
Comfort Metrics
- Breathability: 18 mg/cm²/h moisture-vapor transmission (MVTR) on lace area.
- Weight: 65 g for 8×10″ stock unit (120 % density, 14″).

- Hair shedding: <5 strands after 200 washes (40 °C, 0.2 % SLES).
- Base elongation at break: lace 12 N, thin skin 22 N.
-
Expected lifespan: Swiss lace 6–8 months, thin skin 10–12 months, combo 8–10 months with rotating care.

Factory Craftsmanship

As Senior Hair Replacement Specialist and Factory Manager at HairNotion, I’d be honored to share exactly how our facility delivers exceptional quality and reliability for every wig we produce. Our advantage isn’t just about scale—it’s about precision. Here’s how our factory structure ensures your wigs meet the highest standards, every single time:
✨ 4 Specialized Craft Worker Groups: Expertise at Every Stage
We don’t treat wig production as a single流水 line. Instead, we’ve divided our workforce into four dedicated, highly trained craft teams—each mastering a specific phase:
– Hair Selection & Preparation: Experts who meticulously sort, blend, and sterilize 100% human hair (Remy or virgin), ensuring zero damage and perfect color consistency.
– Hand-Tied Lace & Custom Base Craftsmen: Artisans who hand-knot each strand for undetectable hairlines, scalp simulation, and natural movement—no machine can replicate this level of detail.
– Machine-Wefted Base Specialists: Precision technicians operating industrial-grade sewing machines for high-volume, durable wefting—optimized for comfort and longevity.
– Finishing & Styling Team: Master stylists who do final trims, heat-setting, and quality checks to ensure every wig looks salon-ready before shipping.
Why this matters for you: No cross-training delays, no skill gaps. Each group focuses solely on their craft, delivering faster turnaround and flawless execution for both custom and standard orders.
🔒 Separate Production Lines: Zero Contamination, Maximum Flexibility
Our factory operates on dedicated, isolated production lines—not a shared “one-size-fits-all” setup. For example:
– A custom full-lace wig for a medical client runs on Line A (hand-tied only, with sterile protocols).
– A bulk synthetic clip-in set for retail partners runs on Line B (machine-wefted, optimized for speed).
– A luxury human-hair lace front for high-end salons runs on Line C (hand-tied + finishing in one controlled environment).
Why this matters for you: No risk of cross-contamination (e.g., synthetic fibers mixing with human hair), no scheduling conflicts, and the ability to handle rush orders or complex custom requests without delaying other clients. Your order gets undivided attention from start to finish.
🧪 Strict QC Protocol: 5-Point Inspection at Every Stage
Quality isn’t an afterthought—it’s baked into our DNA. Our QC process is non-negotiable and includes:
1. Raw Material Check: Hair inspected for cuticle alignment, porosity, and color consistency before processing.
2. Mid-Production Audit: Each base (lace, weft, or monofilament) is measured for density, alignment, and tension—using calibrated tools.
3. Hand-Tied Verification: Every lace front is tested for “blow-through” resistance and natural parting.
4. Final Fit & Function Test: Wigs are worn on mannequins to assess movement, comfort, and durability under simulated conditions.
5. 100% Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every single wig is photographed, measured, and approved by our lead QC specialist before packing.
Why this matters for you: Defect rates are consistently under 0.5%—far below industry averages. When your customers receive a HairNotion wig, they’re getting a product that’s been scrutinized at every step. No compromises.
🌟 The Bottom Line for Your Business
As a factory-direct partner, we eliminate middlemen without sacrificing craftsmanship. Our structure ensures:
– Consistency: Identical quality across batches, whether you order 10 or 10,000 wigs.
– Speed: Dedicated lines mean 30% faster lead times than competitors using shared facilities.
– Trust: Every wig is a reflection of our reputation—because we know your customers expect perfection.
This isn’t just manufacturing. It’s precision engineering for hair replacement. If you’d like to see our facility or review our QC documentation firsthand, I’d be glad to arrange a virtual tour at your convenience. Your success is built on the foundation we lay in this factory—and we take that responsibility seriously.
Warmly,

Usage Guide & Tips

HairNotion Factory-Direct Selection & Maintenance Guide
Topic: “hair wigs for sale” – density, colour, attachment, cleaning
1. Density – how to pick the right grams/cm²
Our stock densities: 80 %, 100 %, 120 %, 140 %, 160 %, 180 %.
(We measure in g/cm² on the lace, not “% of Indian donor density”.)
Rule of thumb
• 80–100 % – ultra-natural hairline & crown; ideal for Caucasian or Asian clients with fine bio hair, or for medical-loss wearers who want invisible blending.
• 120 % – salon “every-day” standard; looks full but not “Instagram thick”.
• 140–160 % – photo/video work, high ponytails, or clients whose own hair was originally very thick.
• 180 % – editorial only; heavy, hot, and the lace will lift sooner if you are active.
Factory tip: increase density only on the top ⅓ (leaving perimeter light) to keep weight < 180 g total for daily comfort.
2. Colour – choose once, regret never
Step 1: match the root, not the ends.
Step 2: decide on tone, not level.
Our colour code logic
1B = natural black (no warm)
2 = darkest brown (90 % of Chinese & Indian donors)
4 = medium brown
6 = light chestnut
8–27 = warm browns & blondes
60 = platinum (pre-bleached donor)
OT & P series = rooted fashion shades (e.g., 613/OT4 = platinum with 4-root)
How to decide
• Photos under white LED – send us 3 snaps: indoor, outdoor, flash.
• Grey % – if > 30 %, order “40 % grey salt-pepper” mixed in; we hand-plant grey on top layer only so you can still dye darker later.
• Plan to dye later? Order a lighter shade (6–8) and deposit-colour down; virgin Remy accepts 6 % peroxide with < 5 % damage.
3. Attachment – daily vs. semi-permanent
A. Daily (clip)
• 6 silicone-tipped clips sewn on weft perimeter; 30 s on/off.
• Best for 120 % density or less; heavier wigs pull bio hair.
B. Weekly (tape)
• Use 3 M 1522 medical tape or our blue “Super-hold” strips.
• Clean skin with 99 % alcohol, apply scalp protector, 4–6 pieces on poly perimeter.
• Re-fresh every 5–7 days; tape lifts faster on 180 % density because of extra weight.
C. Semi-permanent (glue or hybrid bond)
• Hair-safe glue: Walker Ultra-Hold (4-week hold).
• Hybrid bond: our Italian keratin tabs + ghost-bond glue on lace front.
• Leave 0.5 cm gap at front hairline to allow sweat escape; otherwise lace turns white.
Factory safety note: never sleep with wet hair if you are taped/glued—bacteria bloom within 6 h and causes “itchy lift”.
4. Cleaning – extend life from 6 months to 18 months
Frequency
• Clip-off unit: every 10–12 wears
• Taped unit: every removal (5–7 days)
• Glued unit: every 2–3 weeks
Step-by-step (sink method)
1. Brush with wide-loop brush before water touches hair.
2. Lukewarm water, 20 °C – hot water swells cuticle = tangling.
3. Sulphate-free shampoo, 1 : 15 dilution. Shampoo cap inside-out; never scrub hair side.
4. Rinse, then condition mid-shaft to ends only; avoid root/ knot area.
5. Pat in 70 % alcohol on lace underside for 30 s—dissolves skin oil & glue residue.
6. Air-dry on canvas blockhead; blow-dry on < 60 °C if you need speed.
7. When 90 % dry, apply 2 drops argan oil + 1 drop silicone serum; comb with detangling spray.
Storage
• Clip-off: stuff with tissue, satin bag, lay flat.
• Taped/glued: pin on polystyrene head, hairnet on, away from window (UV oxidises colour).
5. Quick reference card (print & keep)
Density → 120 % for daily; 160 % for glam.
Colour → match root under white LED; order lighter if you plan to dye darker.
Attach → clips for day, tape for week, glue for month.
Clean → sulphate-free, 20 °C, alcohol on lace, condition ends only.
Lifespan → 6-18 months depending on care & density.
